The first week I haven’t been able to complete the ZR week in the actual week I started it. The original plan for this morning was to go on the final Zombies, Run 5k session of the week, however the weather conspired against me. Tomorrow starts week 7 of Zombies, Run 5k, another Gym session and the final day of Squatageddon with 400. Carbs are lowering, protein is going up and fats are holding stable. My calories for the day came in at 1868/2020 with a minus 232 for exercise giving a net of 1636/2020. We then cooled off, hydrated and went to bed.

One more day and Squatageddon is completed :).

After the food and film we put on some music and proceeded to beast 390 Squatageddon Squats – 6 sets of 49 & 2 sets of 48. We then got food sorted and sat down to watch ‘Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter’. 40 minutes of Yoga and we got through it not a problem. Following this we went straight into Red Hot Core. Anna faired a hell of a lot better this time then she did a month ago, shows what a little hard work will get you. As soon as we got in we went straight into a DDP Yoga Energy session. Since my day is spent sat at a desk, and the likelihood of being able to get a treadmill desk is pretty slim, this is a good way to keep me going.Īfter work I picked Anna up and ran some errands with her before heading back to mine. On my lunch break I walked to ASDA again to grab some food. Had a shower and then headed out to work. Was a chilled morning, vitamins, fruit juice & milk were had. Waking up this morning I felt yesterdays Gym session, shoulders were very sore, but as they say ‘No Pain, No Gain’ ‘Shoulders Like Boulders’ and other fitness related motivational terms.
